User Centered Design

User Centered Design (UCD) is a design methodology that puts the user at the center of the design and development process. This means that the design focuses on the needs, expectations, desires and limitations of the end users.

At DCU, designers work to deeply understand users and their needs, through observation, interviews, data analysis, etc. From there, solutions are developed that fit the needs of the user.
